Woman, 82, dead, several firefighters injured in Queens blaze

A house fire in Queens killed an elderly woman and left eight firefighters injured, two seriously.

The blaze broke out at about 6:30 p.m. on the first floor of a single-family home on 252nd St. at 87th Drive in Bellerose Manor, an FDNY spokesman said.
